A long while back, I started to take notes on stories I read. These notes are essentially short spoilers that contain what I think is the essence of the story; I do that so that I can easily recall a story. These notes evolved into this blog, and then my intent with the blog itself evolved. My hope is that this site will generate conversation about these stories. Since I can’t discuss the ideas in these stories (and it’s all about the ideas, isn’t it?) without spoilers, let the spoilers fly where they may. All of the stories involved have been published and available for a long time, and what you read here about them is commentary, not review.

If I post any reviews here, I will maintain the same policy that I do with reviews I write elsewhere; no spoilers.
